Title: Listed items delete link should prompt "are you sure?"
Post by: KeithLemon on August 23, 2013, 06:45 pm
I accidentally clicked delete instead of edit on one of my listed items resulting in my product getting wiped off the face of SR.

I'm pretty surprised that I didn't get prompted or confirm that I wanted to delete the item as this is pretty standard fodder on any website.

Can this basic bit of functionality get introduced ASAP please? This is probably worth rolling out to messages and wherever there is a delete option.

Thanks

While your suggestion would solve the problem I personally feel the better angle is being able to Lock specific Listings, described in the thread Locking Product Listings as a Vendor and Similar Suggestions: http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/index.php?topic=193614
In that scenario adding this feature would not affect any functionality unless the Vendors specifically choose to Lock the Listings. :)

I think both features would be beneficial as there's still that chance of a mis-click on an item you didn't mark locked.
